Katelyn and Michael met working at a small pool store—became best friends first, and then something more. Over the years they built a life together that includes a cozy new home, an adorable cat, and a shared love of reality TV, craft beer, and live music. Katelyn and Michael’s first look took place inside the Henry Ford Museum, and it was one of my favorite parts of the entire day. You could feel how much they mean to each other in that moment—so much love, so much joy. Afterward, we explored the museum for portraits, and wow… that light, that architecture, those colors! Indoor Ceremony in the Theater

Originally planned for outdoors, the ceremony was moved inside due to weather. And honestly? The indoor theater space was stunning. The lighting, the layout, the intimacy—it all came together beautifully. Their vows were heartfelt, and the smiles on their faces said everything.

The reception took place right inside the museum, and the decor complemented the venue’s historic charm perfectly.
